The moment we enter into the hospital the nurses behaviour was very rude towards the patient and the attenders,the sisters are not having the capacity to understand the patients situation and their problems this is not the first time I'm seeing this . The hospital is the place where the people should feel free to talk about their problems not the place to show your anger the management should take action towards this orelse the blame which the hospital has gained will spoil don't treat the patients as ur servents and please don't make them wait for a long time .....

Very much helpful for people from lower to middle class. Free medical section is functional on all working days. In paid section also the fee for consultation and other charges for scan, etc. are very nominal. Medical care is good. Only big draw back is there is no lift facility for underground floor, where glaucoma and retina sections are functional.

Staffs and nurses are very polite and helpful. Only drawback is the timing taken for visiting the doctor overall very good service.

Very poor service 😔,I come for eye power checkup 10.30 I go home 3.00clock.4hours for power checkup.very very poor service.i hat aravind service .any other eye hospital only half hour for check up …

I had a bad experience at Arvind Eye Hospital in Salem. If anyone is thinking of LASIK surgery go to Arvind Coimbatore or any other hospital in salem area, I went to the operation theater for LASIK surgery and the doctor said today the machine is not working(After I paid and went to the operation theatre)so we plan to do surgery next week. (I received a call after 3 days, still machine not rectified).So I did the Lasik in another hospital salem .

I have done my Lasik surgery (PRK) in aravind hospital Salem on June. The hospitality is very good. The guidance of doctors & Mrs. Yamuna Devi mam is very useful and helpful for me. Now my eye sight is sooo good and I'm finally free from spectacles. I would highly recommend people to do Lasik here.

Hospital okay good but worst response from the few nurses they don’t know how to treat and speak with patients, dear management kindly give training to them how to approach the patients and them guardians thank you..!!!
